Michael : Bonjour Sandy et merci d’être venue pour cette entrevue pour le poste de directrice informatique.	Michael : Good morning Sandy and thank you for coming for the IT director position.
Sandy : Bonjour Michael, merci à toi de me recevoir.	Sandy : Good morning Michael, thank you for having me.
Michael : Alors, nous allons commencé. Peux – tu me parler de ton expérience en informatique s’il te plaît?	Michael : So we are going to start. Could you please tell me a little more about your experience in IT?
Sandy : Oui bien sûr. Alors, j’ai 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Responsable des programmes informatiques pour la compagnie avec laquelle je travaille actuellement. Avant cela j’ai obtenu un diplôme en gestion des outils informatique à l’université de Montréal.	Sandy : Of course. So, I have 5 years as IT programs manager for the company where I currently working. Before that, I graduated in IT Management at Montreal University.
Mickael : Très intéressant… Quel est le plus gros projets que tu as géré durant les 5 ans?	Michael : Very interesting… What is the biggest project you managed during 5 years?
Sandy : Alors j’ai supervisé la refonte de notre système informatique. Il était important de l’actualiser afin de répondre aux nouveaux besoins de l’entreprise.	Sandy : So I supervised the reworking of our IT system. It was important to update the system in order to respond to company’s new needs.
Mickael : Oui effectivement la refonte du système est un élément clé de la stratégie informatique d’une compagnie. Dis moi Sandy quelles difficultés as- tu rencontrées avec ce projet?	Michael : Indeed the reworking of the system is a key-element of a company’s IT strategy. So tell me Sandy what were the difficulties that you met into this project?
Sandy : Au début il fallait constituer mon équipe. J’ai dû recruter des personnes compétentes en plus. Cela a été un long processus. Ensuite j’ai préparé les réunions de présentation du projet. Cela a été long également car je devais répondre aux questions des collaborateurs qui ne croyaient pas vraiment à ce projet.	Sandy : At the beginning it was about to form my team. I had to recruit more skilful persons. It has been a long process. Then,I organized all the meetings to present the project.It was very long too because I had to answer to colleagues questions because they did not believe to this project.
Mickael : Y avait il beaucoup de collaborateurs réticents au projet?	Michael : Was there many reluctant colleagues to the project?
Sandy : Oui énormément. Vous savez les gens n’aiment pas le changement surtout professionnelle. Il faut leur montrer que l’on sera présent pour les accompagner à chaque étape.	Sandy : Yes, a lot. You know people don’t like the changing especially professional. You have to show them you will be present to guide them in every step.
Mickael : C’est totalement vrai. Après ces difficultés, le projet a t -il pu être mis sur pied?	Michael : So much so. After those difficulties, has the project been set up?
Sandy : Oui bien sûr le système a été actualisé et c’est beaucoup plus facile maintenant pour tous les collaborateurs. On gagne beaucoup de temps sur les projets.	Sandy : Yes the system has been updated and it’s more easy now for all the co-workers. We saving a lot of time for all the projects.
Mickael : parfait et aujourd’hui pourquoi vous souhaitez changer d’emploi ?	Michael : Perfect and today why do you want to change your job ?
Sandy : Je souhaite évoluer, avoir encore plus de responsabilités. Aujourd’hui j’ai l’impression d’avoir tout donné dans la compagnie où je suis. Je suis une personne ambitieuse et très motivée.	Sandy : I want to move on a new job, to have more responsibilities. Today I have the impression that I gave all I have in the company where I am. I am an ambitious and motivated person.
Mickael : Pourquoi êtes vous la candidate parfaite?	Michael : Why are you the perfect candidate for this job ?
Sandy : Parce que je suis prête à relever de nouveaux défis. Je suis capable de m’investir dans de nouveaux projets et de répondre aux attentes de mes supérieurs.	Sandy : Because I am ready to rise to news challenges. I am able to dedicate myself to new projects and meet the expectations of my supervisors.
Mickael : Parfait. Quelles sont vos attentes salariales?	Michael : Perfect. What are your salary expectations?
Sandy : Pour ce nouveau poste je demande 85.000 dollars	Sandy : For this job I am asking for 85.000 dollars.
Michael : Très bien je prends note. Alors la prochaine étape c’est que je vais discuter avec l’équipe et que je vais vous recontacter dans 2 jours pour une seconde entrevue si votre profil correspond. Ce sera l’occasion de vous présenter en détails notre compagnie et le poste.	Micheal : Very good, I take note. So for the next step I am going to discuss with my team and I will call you in 2 days for a second interview if your profile match. It will be the occasion to present our company and the job in details.
