Le client: Bonjour madame, nous cherchons un appartement à louer.	The customer: Hello ma’am, we are looking for an apartment to rent.
L’employée: Oui, quel type de logement cherchez-vous ?	The employee: Yes, what kind of accommodation are you looking for?
La cliente: Il nous faut deux ou trois chambres, un bureau, la cuisine et au moins deux salles de bain.	Client: We need two or three bedrooms, an office, kitchen and at least two bathrooms.
L’employée: Dans quel quartier aimeriez-vous habiter ?	The employee: In which neighborhood would you like to live?
Le client: Plutôt dans un quartier sympa, près du lac, peut-être. Nous voudrions faire des promenades le dimanche avec les enfants, sans prendre la voiture.	Client: In a nice area, maybe near the lake. We would like to go for walks on Sundays with the children, without taking the car.
La cliente: Mais, nous cherchons aussi un quartier animé, mais pas bruyant, avec des magasins, à côté d’un marché pour faire les courses facilement.	But we are also looking for a lively but not noisy neighborhood with stores, next to a market for easy shopping.
L’employée : Alors… j’ai un bel appartement à Lakeshore et la rue Clarkson.	Employee: So… I have a nice apartment in Lakeshore and Clarkson Street.
La cliente: Il y a une terrasse ?	The client: Is there a terrace?
L’employée: Non, mais le salon et la chambre principale ont un grand balcon.	The employee: No, but the living room and the master bedroom have a large balcony.
Le client: C’est bien… Et il y a un parking?	The client: That’s nice… And is there a parking lot?
L’employée: Oui, dans le même bâtiment.	Employee: Yes, in the same building.
La cliente: Il faut voir…. Est-ce que la cuisine est grande ?	The client: we must have to see …. Is the kitchen big?

La cliente: Les charges sont comprises ?	Client: Are the utilities included?
